With the height of 5 feet something and the weight reaching 300 pounds, it was a dangerous point in his life. Not only he had several health issues, being productive was difficult either. How can you remain productive and be able to stay energized and fit throughout the day when you are 300 pounds heavy? And then it hit him through his best buddy, Fat Joe, who inspired him. Fat Joe got the nickname for a reason but he decided to have a life changing moment by losing weight and implement a healthier lifestyle. And that’s when Khaled was getting inspired. Looking at Fat Joe and how much he managed to lose weight (and then seeing how healthy, energized, and active he became), Khaled wanted to follow suit.

Of course, the struggle to achieve a healthier life isn’t easy. He loved eating meat and he could eat a whole plate of meat per consumption. And the fact that he had never accompanied his meal with fruits or veggies only made it worse. No wonder he weighed 300 pounds. But when he started his diet program, he became vegetarian. It was his way of cutting off the excessive meat consumption. Besides being a vegetarian, he started to consume more veggies and fruits. He also started to see the advantage of physical exercises, forcing himself not only to start getting active but also to have a healthier menu and better consumption. For this, he managed to lose 66 pounds, starting a fuss about DJ Khaled weight loss.
